At NADS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
